Account Suspension and Termination
bg722 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Fraudulent Transactions
If a member submits a chargeback request or is involved in fraudulent payment activity, their account will be immediately terminated and the associated balance may be forfeited. bg722 reserves the right to take necessary legal action in such cases.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
bg722 offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its members. However, specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus and must be fulfilled.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 total wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies to each member only once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- bg722 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If manipulation of the bonus system is found, the relevant member's account will be immediately closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
Fair Gaming & Security

Silver Tier
For experienced members. Up to 1.0% cashback per week and additional promotional benefits. This tier is reachable from Bronze through sufficient activity.
Gold Tier
For members with the highest level of benefits. Up to 1.5% cashback per week, priority support, and exclusive offers. This tier is reached after sustained activity at the Silver level.
VIP tier assignment is at bg722's discretion. Automatic tier upgrades based on a specific turnover threshold are not guaranteed. bg722 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the bg722 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
- Coordinated betting (arbitrage betting) with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or hacking.
- Disrespectful, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other members or bg722 staff.
- Operating any commercial or professional service that relies on the platform.
If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, bg722 will immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances and bonuses. Legal action will also be taken where necessary.
